Step 1

Subsequently, you will be given a password or code that will allow you access to the client portal on the Spendthrift Trust website. The client portal will give you step by step instructions on activating and setting up your Trust. You can then begin your new journey under the protection and security of your new Trust.

The cost of the initial Trust includes your first calendar year of Trust financials and tax preparation.
Thereafter those services may be maintained through an annual professional assistance fee to Spendthrift Trust or you can use a tax preparer of your choice. Your first calendar year will also include reasonable Trust consulting and management advisory service.
